Trainer for a Regional Digital Advocacy ToT Workshop

Digital Advocacy Expert Trainer to design and deliver a regional one-day, in-person ToT workshop on Digital Advocacy techniques and tactics. A ToT workshop through which we aim to strengthen the capacity of activists, grassroots initiatives, and civil society organizations in the MENA region in the design, implementation, and scale of effective digital advocacy strategies and campaigns.

Financial Resourcing & Alternative Funding Models Consultant

Financial Resourcing & Alternative Funding Models Consultant to design and develop workshop training content on financial sustainability and alternative funding approaches, and deliver the developed curriculum through a series of capacity-strengthening workshops between March and June 2026, including a few on-demand learning options. Experts to produce Arabic online courses

E-learning Instructors to design and produce five online courses in Arabic on topics related to one or more of the following focus areas of the DDI MENA Y2:

• Digital rights and online freedoms.
• Civic technology and innovation.
• Cybersecurity and digital safety.
• Inclusive, ethical, and rights-based digital innovation.

Finance and Operations Assistant and Support Position

I4C MENA is seeking a Finance and Operations Support Consultant to provide short-term, specialized support to the Finance and Grants Lead and the Regional Hub Manager. The consultant will focus on supporting the team in financial administration, procurement support, filing systems, donor compliance, and subgrant financial tracking for the I4C MENA Hub’s subgranting mechanism.

A Graphic Designer to provide hands-on design and visual production support for DDI MENA Year 2, working closely with the I4C MENA Hub’s Communications Lead. The role focuses on producing clear, coherent, and context-appropriate visual materials and assets using Canva.com, in alignment with the I4C MENA Hub branding and donor requirements..

Experts to lead an Online Incubation & mentorship labs

As part of the DDI MENA Year 2 program, I4C MENA will implement Online Incubation Labs to support applicants to the DDI MENA Y2 subgrants, which include civil society organizations, local civil society actors, initiatives, and informal groups in the MENA region, to refine their innovative digital democracy solutions proposals.

To support the effective design, delivery, and implementation of the Incubation Labs, the I4C MENA Hub is seeking Civil Society, Innovation, and Digital Democracy Experts with strong practical and thematic experience. The experts will work closely through online sessions with selected applicants who have already applied to help them refine their solutions prior to the subgranting phase.

Expert Trainers to co-design and deliver each a session during the DDI MENA Y2’s regional in-person Digital Democracy Bootcamp. The selected Expert Trainers will work closely with the I4C MENA Hub team, the MENA DDI Consortium members to co-design the bootcamp’s agenda and deliver each a high-quality, practice-oriented training. The bootcamp will focus on the intersections of digitalisation, cybersecurity, digital rights, and artificial intelligence, with the region’s civic space context and digital democracy ecosystem in the MENA region.

Program Assistant and Support Position

I4C MENA is seeking a Program Assistant and Support Consultant to provide short-term, programmatic support to the Civic Tech and Innovation Lead and the Regional Hub Manager. The consultant will focus mainly on supporting the team in follow-ups and coordination work, and tracking of implementation of the DDI MENA subgrantees in the MENA region.

External Auditor – Final Project Audit

An External Auditor with proven expertise in auditing donor-funded civil society projects, particularly within the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience conducting financial, compliance, and performance audits.

Graphic Designer (Short-Term Consultancy – 1 Month)

I4C MENA is looking for a short-term Graphic Designer consultant to develop, based on the project’s content and visual guidelines, and brand identity that will be provided, -develop- visual assets and infographics, and social media visual assets for the DDI MENA project’s digital platforms, publications, social media campaigns, surveys insights, etc. The consultant will help translate complex concepts related to digital democracy and civic space into visually compelling, accessible, and inclusive content.

I4C MENA is seeking a short-term Consultant to curate external resources into the MENA Digital Democracy Open Knowledge Repository Platform. The curated resources will be the initial starting content of resources that will be deployed to the Open Knowledge Repository platform, and will support civil society organizations, activists, and digital democracy actors in the region with timely, relevant, and diverse materials and resources in Arabic and English, covering topics related to Digital Democracy.
